How to install or uninstall modules
Comments
Seems like this release is broken, it's worked wonderfully in the past and has been a big time saver.
Just tried to install on a clean installation and it seems to have issues. The module doesn't display in the core modules list, yet it seems to be installed, because the trash link is added to the page list. When I click the trash link it give me an error saying process not found.
clicking the page list links takes me to: admin/page/delete/?id=1005
and I get the following error: The requested process does not exist
Sounds like the installation isn't complete. You may want to uninstall and re-install.
You also mentioned looking for it in the core modules list. This is not a core module, so you won't see it in the core modules list. You should look for it in the site modules list.
Speaking of the core, there is a similar function now in the core (PW 2.5+) where if you click the "move" link for any page, you'll also reveal a "trash" link.
To update my previous comment: I deleted the cache assets/cache/modules. And that at least removed the troublesome 'trash' link that was appearing on selected pages.
Tried install via adding to modules folder and via module manager, neither worked.
I download an old copy of the module (before the most recent update) from another install and works perfectly.
Will go with that for now.I'm experiencing the exact same problem as Steve - trash link appears, with same error. Page delete does not appear in list of modules so unable to uninstall. Will keep trying whatever comes to mind...
